Who we are

This site is operated for HOMES & BEYOND REAL ESTATE L.L.C, a real estate brokerage registered with the Dubai Land Department under office registration number 44634. We are the controller of the information you submit here.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The home type, budget, purchase purpose and timeline you select
• The date and time of your enquiry

We also record, automatically:

• Which advertisement or link brought you here — campaign parameters in the web address, and click identifiers from Google and Meta
• The page you arrived on, and the website that referred you

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, passport details, bank or payment information through this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry about this property, to send you the project information you asked for, and to understand which advertising is working. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is stored in Google Workspace, which we use to receive and manage enquiries. We may share your details with the developer of the project you enquired about where that is necessary to answer your question or progress a purchase.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other brokerages.

Measurement and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to measure how our advertising performs. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and report activity back to those companies, who process it under their own privacy policies. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for[RETENTION PERIOD TO CONFIRM], after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights
